Since I joined the transportation industry I never dreaded work so much for many reasons that I'm not going to go into.
Monday is not a day that I'll be looking forward to. Unfortunately I don't have vacation time or paid days off to that I could take. It's funny because I just went to a signing event last week and wasn't at work for three of the days I was gone and that also made this week a four day work week which didn't feel like it was. Even a year ago I wouldn't have thought that and was all about the corporate life but... something changed. It's not something I can explain. I'm tired though of everything that has nothing to do with my personal life. If it's not making me a better person or doing something for me in a positive way then it's not needed and I'm over it. My goal for the next two years is to be able to work full time from home... as a writer because that's what I am. Everything else is just a blur in the background.
